Petronas Grease Li 2 are premium quality industrial greases of and NLGI 2 consistencies respectively. These high quality lithium based non extreme pressure greases are intended primarily for basic industrial multi-use applications. They are formulated using medium viscosity mineral oil, Lithium 12 hydroxystearate soap and fortified with additives to enhance oxidation stability, prevent rust and reduce wear. Petronas Grease Li 2 have high chemical stability, enhanced structural properties, and good resistance to water washing.
 
Petronas Grease Li 2 are recommended for anti-friction bearings including the rotating outer race and vertical shaft configurations, but can also be used in plain bearings up to 3600 r/min., machine tools and a variety of marine applications. Their low starting torque characteristics make them ideal greases for electric motor bearings. The stiffer NLGI 2 grease is mainly recommended for applications where maximum protection against penetration of water or solid contaminants is required. Petronas Grease Li 3 operating temperature range is from -30°C to +120°C Max +130°C.
